Booking conditions and cancellation

On confirming the reservation, a 33% advance payment has to be made, combined with a signed rental agreement.

In the event of cancellation the following cancellation costs are due:

up to 8 weeks before departure: a total of 33% of the rental

Between 8 and 4 weeks before departure: a total of 50% of the rental

As of less than 4 weeks before departure: a total of 100% of the rental

Om uw reservering te bevestigen vragen we U het getekende huurcontract terug te sturen met een aanbetaling van 33 % van de huur prijs

De kosten bij annulering zijn:

– tot 8 weken voor uw aankomst: 33% van de huurprijs
– tussen 8 en 4 weken voor uw aankomst: 50% van de huurprijs
– minder dan vier weken: 100% van de huurprijs

Pour confirmer votre réservation nous vous demandons de renvoyer le contrat de location signé accompagné de 33 % de prix du séjour.

En cas d’annulation des frais d’annulation sont :

Jusqu’à 8 semaines avant la date d’arrivée : 33 % du prix de la location

Entre 8 et 4 semaines avant la date d’arrivée : 50 % du prix de la location.

A moins de 4 semaines avant la date d’arrivée : 100 %

Reservierungs- und Stornierungsbedingungen

Um Ihre Reservierung zu bestätigen, bitten wir Sie, den unterschriebenen Mietvertrag zusammen mit 33 % des Aufenthaltspreises zurückzusenden.

Im Falle einer Stornierung fallen folgende Stornierungsgebühren an:

Bis 8 Wochen vor dem Ankunftsdatum: 33 % des Mietpreises.

Zwischen 8 und 4 Wochen vor dem Ankunftsdatum: 50 % des Mietpreises.

Weniger als 4 Wochen vor dem Ankunftsdatum: 100 %.
